Nationwide Dispatch System, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a 14-day return policy for your peace of mind. Here’s how it works:

  • Eligibility: You can request a refund or service return within 14 days from the service completion date.
  • Proof Required: To process your request, you’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of service.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment you used during purchase.

Please note:

  • This policy does not apply to damages caused by misuse or accidents after the service has been completed.
  • For services that were incomplete due to our fault, you will receive a pro-rated refund.
  • No refunds will be granted for claims made beyond the 14-day window.

Refund Refusal: If the service was completed according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Nationwide Dispatch System (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), a sole proprietorship providing 24/7 dispatch services in Pakistan. By engaging in our services, you (“the client” or “user”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.


2. Definitions

• Dispatch Services: Refers to the 24/7 communication, coordination, and logistical support services offered to clients.

• Client/User: Any individual or business entity using our dispatch services.

• Nationwide Dispatch System: The sole proprietorship business offering dispatch services.


3. Service Scope

Nationwide Dispatch System offers dispatch services for logistics, transportation, and emergency response coordination within Pakistan. Our services are provided 24/7, subject to availability and operational constraints.


4. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our services will always be available without interruptions. Maintenance, system updates, or unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary service disruptions.


5. Client Responsibilities

• The client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for dispatch services.

• The client is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles, drivers, or resources involved in dispatch services comply with the legal and regulatory framework in Pakistan.

• The client must notify Nationwide Dispatch System immediately of any changes in service requirements or updates regarding delivery schedules or emergencies.


6. Payments and Fees

• The client agrees to pay all fees for services as agreed upon in the contract.

• Payment terms, including frequency and methods of payment, will be outlined in the service agreement.

• Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services until the account is settled.


7. Limitation of Liability

• Nationwide Dispatch System will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or roadblocks.


8. Termination of Service

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice of 30 days.

• Nationwide Dispatch System reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activity by the client.


9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in service due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other unforeseeable events.


10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

• We collect personal information such as client name, contact details, and operational details required to provide dispatch services.

• We may also collect vehicle tracking data, delivery schedules, and other logistics information as part of our service offerings.


12. Use of Data

• We do not sell, share, or otherwise distribute personal information to third parties unless required by law.

19. Service Guarantees

While we aim to deliver timely and effective dispatch services, we do not guarantee specific response times or outcomes due to the unpredictable nature of logistics and transportation.


20. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of our services, we encourage clients to resolve matters directly with us. However, unresolved disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the laws of Pakistan.
